Can't login on mobile?

Quick fix: Go through setup on your computer first, then download the mobile app. Don't use Shovel on a browser of a small device.

There are two reasons why you cannot login to Shovel on your mobile device: 

1. You are trying to use Shovel on a mobile browser 

We do not allow opening Shovel in a browser on a small device because it is not optimized for it. 

To use Shovel on a small screen, download the mobile app. 

Download on the app store. 

Download on the play store.

Please note that even if you download the mobile app, you still have to go through setup on your computer first. Follow instructions below. 

2. You are in the mobile app but did not go through setup on your computer

If you download the mobile app, login, but can't use the app, that is because you did not go through setup on your computer first. 

We require setup on a bigger screen because it would take too much time to setup your schedule and your tasks on a small screen. 

  1. Login to Shovel on your computer at dig.shovelapp.io 
  2. Go through setup in Shovel on your computer 
  3. Continue on mobile
